Decathlon, the world’s largest sporting goods retailer, needed a way to reduce pricing complexity as it expanded into more markets where low prices were defined differently. The company also had to protect its everyday low-price promise while managing strict pricing rules, implementation costs, and sensitive internal data.

Decathlon partnered with ToolsGroup, through Evo and the Price.io solution, to launch the Juste Prix responsive pricing program. The pilot in France produced a +27.3% margin and +3.2% revenue, and the program was projected to add +€107 million in yearly margin within 24 months. ToolsGroup also reported an estimated +€160 million in additional margin from the first supply chain implementations as the partnership expanded.
