Jugnoo, a hyperlocal on-demand app for autos, food delivery, groceries and more, was struggling with order errors from phone-based requests, slow manual order entry, illegible handwritten details, poor fleet management that wasted fuel and manpower, and fragmented data across systems. To tackle these issues Jugnoo partnered with Tookan and adopted Tookan’s delivery orchestration and fleet management capabilities, including route optimization, geo-analytics, auto-allocation and real-time tracking.

Tookan implemented automated routing, intelligent task allocation and centralized tracking to streamline operations and eliminate manual bottlenecks. As a result Jugnoo scaled to 40 cities with 40K daily transactions (6K engaged drivers, 5M registered users and about $1M average monthly GMV), cut fuel costs by 50% and improved fleet efficiency by 43%, delivering faster, more reliable service.
