Portland Timbers, the MLS club in Portland, needed a way to reach new fans and fill additional seats after expanding Providence Park. Working with ToneDen, they looked for a faster, easier way to build complex digital campaigns than using Facebook Business Manager directly, especially for promoting multiple matches at once.
ToneDen helped the Timbers launch Dynamic Event Ads for remarketing home matches across August and September, targeting multiple audiences with simultaneous campaigns. The result was a 50x return on ad spend, along with stronger sales and a more effective way to engage potential new fans.
