Zanui, one of Australia’s largest online retailers for furniture and homewares, wanted to improve the convenience and flexibility of its delivery experience, especially for large and bulky items. To address missed or failed deliveries and better support customer service expectations, Zanui worked with Toll Group to review its existing supply chain and point-of-delivery model.

Toll Group implemented a revised consumer delivery solution that included white-glove service for bulky orders, pre-delivery calls, a 2-hour delivery window, and room-of-choice placement with unpacking and packaging removal. Toll Group also added access to its network of more than 1,350 Collection Point outlets for smaller items and redelivery alternatives, helping Zanui reduce redeliveries, speed up order handover, and enhance the overall shopping experience while protecting brand integrity.
