Toll Group implemented an upgraded MTS solution for Wrigley featuring automatic carrier and equipment allocation, just-in-time delivery planning, load optimization, ERP integration, and stronger data capture and Chain of Responsibility adherence. As a result, Wrigley reduced freight costs by approximately 15% while also improving vehicle utilization, increasing supply chain efficiency, and lowering its CO2 impact.
