The Australian Ballet worked with Toll Group to relocate its Kensington Warehouse operations in Melbourne. The challenge was moving 30,000 garments, along with props and sets spanning decades of performances, from a three-storey, 100-year-old former wool store to a new custom-built facility.

Toll Group delivered the relocation using road transport, including two 40’ tautliner vehicles for large sets and a custom costume-moving process with temporary metal piping to guide delicate garments safely downstairs and into waiting trucks. The result was that costumes, props, and sets were re-housed and neatly categorised in the new 12,000sqm warehouse ahead of schedule, with The Australian Ballet praising Toll Group for its reliability, care, and trusted service.
