SkyLink Air and Logistics (USA) needed to rapidly establish aviation services in post-war Iraq to support humanitarian and emergency relief efforts. Toll Group was brought in to provide remote logistics and airfield assessment support in a highly challenging environment.

Toll Group quickly assembled and deployed two remote logistics teams for pre-deployment training, then moved them via Kuwait into Iraq. The teams completed commercial assessments of Baghdad International Airport and Mosul and produced detailed remediation work plans to help restart commercial airport services under USAID, enabling the groundwork for resumed aviation operations.
