Dairy Farm Vietnam, a leading pan-Asian retailer, needed a 3PL partner to design and operate a new distribution centre in Ho Chi Minh City to support its expanding store network in Vietnam. With tight deadlines, limited quality data, and the need to integrate partner IT systems for more than 120 suppliers, the company chose Toll Group for its proven DC and logistics capabilities.

Toll Group sourced and built a 3,000sqm DC with shelving, pallet capacity, and WMS integration to support piece and case picking for Guardian and Giant. In less than two months, Toll went live with two distribution centres, helping Dairy Farm Vietnam transition to a stocked-DC model in phases and serve 20+ stores nationwide, while also securing a sustainable long-term contract based on flexibility and scalability.
