Asahi Group Holdings, through Asahi Beverages, needed to move from multiple supply chain providers to a strategic partnership that could support its growth, improve service, and adapt quickly to changing consumer demand. Toll Group was brought in to support domestic bulk and route distribution, as well as warehouse solutions across Australia.

Toll Group responded with agile transport and warehousing services, including integrated domestic warehousing and transport across the Australian Eastern Seaboard and a dedicated strategic business partner embedded in Asahi’s operations. The partnership grew from a single distribution centre to seven dedicated sites, and business expanded tenfold, delivering stronger service, cost efficiencies, and security of supply.
