University of Western Australia launches Bluurb.me for year 8 readers with Today

The University of Western Australia's School of Psychological Science identified a gap for young people in recognizing mental health symptoms and accessing early support. They partnered with Today to adapt their clinically proven workshop program into a digital, self-paced format that would be more accessible to youth.

Today utilized a trauma-informed co-design process, working directly with young people to build the Bluurb.me product. This collaboration ensured the tool was engaging and clinically rigorous, resulting in a free resource that makes CBT techniques widely accessible, reducing isolation and boosting mental health skills for its users.
