Neami National launches RightByYou from a 12-person youth steering group with Today

The customer, Neami National, one of Australia's largest mental health organisations, faced the challenge of supporting the friends of young people in crisis, who often feel overwhelmed and lack resources. They partnered with the vendor Today to create a digital solution, the RightByYou platform.

Today implemented a mobile-first website through a co-design process with young people and experts, developing a clear and credible brand and digital tool. The solution has become a national resource, scaling across schools and communities with a launched youth ambassador program, successfully filling a critical gap in suicide prevention support.
