Today implemented a solution by immersing themselves in the community to map service interdependencies around the community's journey. The result was a real-time service map providing a view of over 70 services and 40+ providers, which anchors decision-making in community needs. This tool strengthened visibility and is now used across all levels of government as a critical resource for identifying gaps and making more effective policy and funding decisions, ultimately helping to keep children and families safe.
