DHHS improves preventative health program participation with Today, reaching 4,200 people

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) sought to scale its successful preventative health program, Life!, to reach more Victorians without compromising its proven health outcomes. The challenge was to augment the existing in-person experience with a digital solution. The vendor Today partnered with them to design a new digital experience.

Today designed and delivered a personalized digital platform powered by Salesforce. The solution provided participants with guided content, goal tracking, motivational tips, and a community space. This approach was highly effective; in the 2021/22 period, 4,200 people commenced the program and 97% of participants were satisfied and would recommend it, with the program demonstrating measurable improvements in participants' lifestyle behaviors and physical health.
