Dynea, a European adhesives manufacturer, needed to prepare several factories for sale to investors while cutting IT costs and simplifying a highly customized, expensive Oracle ERP environment. To-Increase provided Business Integration Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX, including Connectivity Studio, Data Collection Studio, and EDI Studio, to help replace complexity with a more standard, efficient platform.
To-Increase and implementation partner Columbus deployed Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in 12 months and integrated it with manufacturing and warehouse systems, customer/supplier communications, and EDI processes. The result was a simpler and more scalable IT environment, more reliable operations, and about €750,000 in annual software operating cost savings, helping Dynea complete the divestiture successfully.
