Tramedico Group, a pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution and logistics company operating across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, needed to rethink its business systems after exiting manufacturing and shifting to a sales, marketing, and logistics model. Its existing SAP ERP no longer fit the new structure, so the company looked for a more flexible solution. To-Increase provided Business Integration Solutions, including Connectivity Studio, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.

To-Increase implemented a connected ERP environment that linked Tramedico’s business entities, web shop, reporting, and trading partner communications while keeping master data synchronized across the group. The result was efficient reporting, simplified compliance, reliable low-maintenance operations, and a better customer experience, including daily sales and inventory data exchanges and fast order processing. Tramedico also reported strong reliability, with roughly 5,000 messages processed each month and fewer than 0.5% requiring exception review.
