Innospec, a global manufacturer and distributor of fuel, oilfield specialties, and performance chemicals, needed a better way to manage and maintain machinery and equipment as it standardized ERP across worldwide operations with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The company wanted an enterprise asset management solution that could support preventive maintenance, control costs, and meet site-specific maintenance requirements across its production sites.

Innospec selected To-Increase Enterprise Asset Management, with To-Increase also providing consulting support for the rollout. The solution gave the company flexible scheduling, granular cost tracking, and better support for maintenance planning to reduce risks to people, plant, and the environment, while extending equipment life. Innospec reported that the system made maintenance changes easier to manage without technologist help and was preparing to deploy it to a larger global user base in 2015.
