Haarslev Industries, a Denmark-based equipment and machinery manufacturer serving food processing and rendering industries worldwide, needed to replace multiple ERP and business systems with a single global ERP platform while creating consistent processes across 25 offices in 14 countries. To-Increase provided RapidValue, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, to help Haarslev model and manage its worldwide business processes.

With To-Increase RapidValue, Haarslev implemented a standardized, best practice-based process model for its ERP rollout, using the tool to define requirements, document changes, and align roles, positions, and training needs. The solution improved control and transparency around change management, reduced time and effort by avoiding process design from scratch, and gave Haarslev a reusable reference model for its global ERP implementation, though no numeric ROI was reported.
