Intertruck, a global importer and distributor of truck, trailer, and bus spare parts, needed a better way to manage frequent data imports and exports, product-item updates, and other ERP-related information across its Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 environment. To-Increase’s Connectivity Studio was used to help simplify these tasks and make them more reliable, while reducing the manual effort required from employees.

With To-Increase Connectivity Studio, Intertruck automated CSV, Excel, and XML-based imports for purchase and sales orders, pricing updates, item maintenance, and template management, enabling finance, sales, and product teams to handle many data tasks without IT assistance. The result was significant time savings, fewer manual errors, and faster item updates that dropped from about an hour to ten minutes or less, while also making the ERP infrastructure more manageable and flexible.
