Case Study: Dutch-Shape achieves better manufacturing control with To-Increase IEM

A To-Increase Case Study

Preview of the Dutch-Shape Case Study

Dutch-Shape’s missing functionality in their engineering-to-order environment

Dutch-Shape, a leading Dutch supplier of tooling for complex aerostructure parts, needed better control over engineer-to-order manufacturing. Already running Microsoft Dynamics NAV for project and financial administration, the company looked to To-Increase and its Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (IEM) solution to add the manufacturing capabilities their ERP environment was missing.

To-Increase implemented IEM with Advanced Job Management, Resource Management, and shop floor integration, alongside Dutch-Shape’s existing systems. The result was a unified ERP setup with better visibility across finance, projects, and manufacturing, improved capacity planning, and more accurate time capture. To-Increase also added functionality to separate operator and machine time, helping Dutch-Shape better track long-running machine jobs and their financial impact.
