Confed, an electronics manufacturing company with sites in the Netherlands and Slovakia, was managing incoming inspections through two separate systems, which made the process time consuming, manual, and difficult to track. The company needed a more robust quality management approach to check incoming goods at the right time, improve traceability, and reduce the risk of faulty inputs affecting production. To-Increase’s Quality Management solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was selected to help streamline this process.
