Alfa Laval uses To-Increase RapidValue to model and design processes within a standard ERP solution

Alfa Laval, a global industrial engineering and manufacturing company headquartered in Sweden, needed a way to standardize and document manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes across its worldwide operations as it rolled out Microsoft Dynamics AX. To-Increase provided RapidValue to support the company’s Endeavour initiative, helping create a common ERP blueprint for a highly distributed business with many plants and previously varied systems.

With To-Increase RapidValue, Alfa Laval built a centralized repository for all process models, documentation, and training content, and used it to manage and deploy a standardized Microsoft Dynamics AX solution across roughly 35 locations worldwide. The result was faster, more reliable ERP rollouts, better process consistency, improved local-to-global process sharing, and smoother user adoption; Alfa Laval had already completed six implementations and was using the same master solution to scale further deployments.
