Heel España, the Spanish subsidiary of pharmaceutical manufacturer Heel, wanted to modernize its legacy CRM and improve sales and analysis processes. With dispersed, siloed databases, no direct access to data, and slow data loads taking 6–8 hours, the company turned to TmaxSoft and its Tibero database to support a more flexible, accessible CRM environment.

TmaxSoft implemented Tibero as the core repository for the new CRM and migrated additional Oracle data used for analytics and BI. The result was an 80% improvement in data loading, importing, and BI reporting, along with more current data for analysis, better decision-making, and a cost-predictable platform that Heel España believes can scale as its CRM grows.
