University of Dayton - Customer Case Study

The University of Dayton, a private university in Ohio, was looking to improve workflow efficiency and inventory management across its large campus maintenance operation. Using TMA Systems’ WebTMA CMMS, the school needed to replace paper-based inventory tracking, reduce duplicate data entry, and gain better control over stockroom and asset management.

TMA Systems implemented WebTMA with barcoding and scanning, procurement integration with Jaggaer, and training/support for staff. The result was streamlined materials management, improved work order visibility, and better asset tracking across about 2,800 SKUs; the university also processes roughly 2,500 to 4,000 work orders per month, with the new system saving time and reducing manual work in the stockroom.
