The City & County of San Francisco selected TMA Systems to provide a Maintenance Management solution for Golden Gate Park, a world-class recreational facility serving over 75,000 weekend visitors and hosting museums, gardens, sports, and dozens of diverse activities. The challenge was to centralize and streamline maintenance across widely varied assets while remaining simple enough for non-technical staff to use and quick to deploy.
WebTMA Enterprise — including Executive Dashboard, ServiceDesk, Auto Attendant, GIS, mobileTMA GO and WebTMA GO — was implemented in four months with system implementation, training, and ongoing services. The result was a minimally disruptive rollout that met the park’s operational needs, simplified daily work for end users, and continues to scale to support growing events and maintenance demands.
