Comprehensive Work Order and Specialized Maintenance Management

Cameron University, a public university in Lawton, Oklahoma, needed a faster way to process a high volume of maintenance requests across its large campus of 132 buildings, 60 vehicles, and nearly 2,000 assets. The challenge was ensuring timely responses and resolutions for issues anywhere on campus, even as maintenance demands kept growing.

TMA Systems implemented WebTMA to help Cameron University manage assets, route requests quickly to technicians, and automate monthly fuel data imports with a customized tool. The solution enabled the university to handle up to 6,000 service repair work orders per month, including about 2,500 preventive maintenance work orders, while improving efficiency and helping staff do more with fewer people.
