International Theatre Amsterdam (ITA), a major Dutch theatre presenting hundreds of performances annually, needed to change its existing ticketing system to a more intuitive and effective solution. They partnered with the vendor Tixly to implement its ticketing software.

Tixly’s implementation, which included data migration, was noted for being flawlessly executed and surprisingly relaxed. The vendor provided extensive on-site support during the initial go-live period. The results included a seamless transition for both staff and ticket buyers, a significant increase in ease of use and staff's sense of control over the system, and automated features that substantially decreased the administrative workload for ITA.
