A Tixly Case Study

Preview of the De Singel Case Study

How De Singel stopped manually processing subscriptions sales and increased the sales at the same time

De Singel, a multidisciplinary arts venue in Belgium, faced a significant challenge with the manual, labor-intensive processing of its popular subscription sales, a process that took days to complete. A further complication was the need to collaborate with two other venues, Antwerp Symphony Orchestra and Opera Ballet Vlaanderen, to offer a combined subscription without sharing sensitive data or losing control of their individual events. They partnered with the vendor Tixly to find a solution.

Tixly provided a user-friendly online buying flow and a shared system instance that allowed the three venues to manage events and customers together securely. This solution enabled over 90% of subscription sales to be processed fully automated via the web. The results were highly successful: De Singel sold 66% more subscriptions in much less time, saving a massive amount of manual effort for their staff while simultaneously increasing sales.
