Coldcha, a company providing a multilingual AI-based logistics platform, needed to offer its customers broad, real-time visibility into their shipments, specifically live location and condition data for perishable goods. To solve this challenge, they partnered with vendor Tive, Inc. and implemented its Solo 5G and Solo Lite trackers.

The solution involved integrating Tive’s flexible API to feed real-time sensor data on location, temperature, and humidity directly into the Coldcha platform. This provided Coldcha's customers with a complete view of their shipments, enabling them to prevent claims, reduce losses, and improve their supply chains. Tive's non-lithium trackers, which are approved for air transport, were a critical differentiator that allowed Coldcha to beat the competition on price while capturing all the critical data needed.
