Splitska Bank, a Croatian financial institution with more than 130 branches, needed to meet new Croatian Central Bank security guidelines requiring systematic classification of all information assets. After an external audit found gaps in its classification process, the bank looked for a more consistent way to protect sensitive data across its Microsoft environment, using Titus Classification solutions.

Titus, working with local partner Sedam IT, implemented TITUS Message Classification and TITUS Classification for Microsoft Office for email and document classification. The pilot was quickly adopted and rolled out to sensitive-data departments, helping Splitska Bank comply with regulations, reduce the risk of accidental email leakage, and create a more consistent, user-friendly security process with minimal impact on existing infrastructure.
