The Australian Department of Human Service needed to protect highly sensitive personal and financial information while meeting Australia’s eProtective Marking Standard for email labeling. Working through its Child Support Program and using TITUS Message Classification, the agency sought a simple, Outlook-integrated way to ensure staff properly marked internal and external emails and reduced the risk of accidental data loss.
Titus implemented TITUS Message Classification to automatically apply visual labels and metadata-based protections to email, improving compliance and awareness across the organization.
