Canadian Department of National Defence Keeps Email and Documents Secure with TITUS

Government of Canada, National Defence needed a better way to classify and protect highly sensitive emails and documents across a large, global workforce. Its existing tools were not meeting requirements, so the department looked for an easier, enterprise-wide solution that would fit with its Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office environment.

Titus implemented TITUS Message Classification and TITUS Classification for Microsoft Office, deploying 90,000 licenses plus 13,000 Office licenses. The solution enabled consistent email labeling, mobile device protection, and document classification across the organization, while leveraging existing Microsoft infrastructure and proving easy for staff to use on a daily basis.
