C3LA is a multi-site church in Los Angeles focused on growing leaders and impacting its city, but it faced the common church funding challenge of raising and managing resources efficiently. Manual credit-card entry and low, inconsistent recurring giving made it hard to fund capital campaigns, missions and expanded ministry needs while keeping staff time focused on ministry.

By implementing the Tithe.ly mobile giving app and consistently teaching generosity, C3LA streamlined giving, encouraged recurring gifts, and simplified capital campaign pledges. Over three years digital giving grew 372%, nearly half the church’s budget now comes via mobile giving, 90% of campaign pledges are set up as recurring, recurring giving rose to 6% of members, and administrative time spent on data entry was greatly reduced—allowing faster deployment of resources to ministry and community needs.
