Network Needs move from OpenDNS to WebTitan to eliminate customer onboarding complexity

Network Needs, a UK-based managed service provider, needed a flexible web and malware-protection solution that could scale across 1,200 customers in multiple locations and reduce onboarding complexity. After frustrations with OpenDNS support, they evaluated TitanHQ’s WebTitan Cloud (WebTitan for Managed Service Providers) alongside their existing SpamTitan email filtering to provide the additional web-security layer required.

TitanHQ delivered WebTitan for MSPs, enabling minute‑scale deployments, centralized web-content filtering, per-customer reporting, and automated DNS policies so new devices receive protection on domain join. Network Needs replaced OpenDNS, now protects 1,200 end users with a three‑step onboarding process, reduced administration overhead, differentiated their service offering, and reports improved customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities — benefits they attribute directly to TitanHQ’s product and support.
