Maxxam Analytics, which manages a nationwide fleet of more than 120 light-duty vehicles, was struggling with service and fulfillment issues from its previous GPS provider — delayed hardware and installations, rotating account reps, poor responsiveness, and an unfulfilled promise for a Driver Scorecard module. Seeking a more reliable partner, Maxxam selected Titan GPS (powered by Certified Tracking Solutions) to provide GPS tracking, driver behavior monitoring and scorecard capabilities.

Titan GPS deployed tracking units with driver ID and brake input, coordinated installations through Certified Tracking Solutions’ mobile teams, delivered hands‑on training and established performance benchmarks. The new Titan GPS Driver Scorecards were added quickly, enabling Maxxam to measure and reduce aggressive driving, excessive idling and speeding by driver (not just by vehicle), benefit from faster equipment turnarounds and a dedicated fleet representative, and begin rolling out ELDs in preparation for regulation — significantly improving service responsiveness and fleet management.
