Peek is an online marketplace (Peek.com) and software suite (Peek Pro) that helps activity and tour operators book, market, report and manage payments across 195 countries. Processing 30,000+ invoices monthly and daily payouts to over 4,000 partners, a small in-house finance team (plus an outsourced team in India) faced a broken, manual payments workflow: partners couldn’t see payment status, only finance had full access, and payments-related support made up about 20% of inquiries, creating a major bottleneck.

Peek implemented Tipalti to automate onboarding, tax and banking checks, and payouts. Partners now self-manage onboarding and payment tracking, the India team’s daily payout work fell from 6 hours to 30 minutes, and Peek eliminated roughly 110 hours per week across the payments team. The change increased partner satisfaction, improved finance-support SLAs, and freed the accounting manager to focus on strategic work as the company expands globally.
