Case Study: GR8 Security Ltd streamlines managed smartphone deployment with TinyMDM

GR8 Security Ltd equips employees in under 1 hour per user with TinyMDM

GR8 Security Ltd, a leading supplier of specialist security solutions in the UK, faced challenges with managing its fleet of Android smartphones across the country. Their issues included bricked devices during setup, phone misuse due to a lack of restrictions, and an inability to fix minor issues remotely, which forced employees to travel. They turned to the TinyMDM mobile device management (MDM) solution for help.

TinyMDM provided an easy-to-use and cost-effective solution featuring QR code enrollment for rapid device setup and a remote cast feature for technical maintenance. The implementation resulted in employees becoming autonomous with the system in less than an hour of training. TinyMDM's solution eliminated the need for travel to fix phone issues and greatly reduced device setup problems.
