Tinyclues was implemented in just four weeks, enabling Manor to scale from 2 generic emails and 1 segmented email per week to around 10 highly targeted campaigns per week while keeping its generic sends. The impact was significant: Manor’s online campaign revenue grew by 21%, campaign-driven store revenue also increased, unsubscribe rates dropped by 50%, and some campaigns delivered dramatic lifts such as +58% conversion and +435% total revenue on the same volume.
