Smartme Analytics is a consumer behavior and Consumer 360 software company that was evolving from a consultancy into a SaaS business. As it shifted to delivering out-of-the-box data APIs and dashboards, its legacy batch ETL, CSV-based reporting, and Tableau workflows became too slow, costly, and inflexible for real-time, user-facing analytics.

To speed up development and simplify its stack, Smartme Analytics adopted Tinybird, sending data from Microsoft SQL Server into Tinybird and using its managed connectors, SQL-based workflows, and single-click API generation to build real-time analytics products. With Tinybird, the team has already delivered at least 7 user-facing data products, processed 33.3TB per month, and handled 155,500 requests per month, while more than 60% of employees can now help build features directly with SQL.
