Whipcord, a Canadian technology services provider, needed a simpler IT management and storage solution as it expanded to Vancouver and Toronto. The results included a 75% reduction in administrative overhead, about $100K in annual savings, better application performance, and improved customer retention, while also enabling Whipcord to offer VM-level SLAs and differentiate its cloud services.
