Trailer Park Successfully Virtualizes Business-Critical Servers with Tintri

Trailer Park, the Hollywood entertainment marketing agency, needed to virtualize business-critical servers and replace cumbersome Fibre Channel storage with a simpler, high-performance shared storage solution. Using Tintri VMstore, Trailer Park aimed to support demanding workloads like SQL Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, and file-transfer services while keeping storage management easy for a small IT team.

Tintri implemented one VMstore T540 system with 13.5TB of flash-based storage, giving Trailer Park VM-level visibility and management without needing SAN specialists. The result was stronger application performance, with accounting database queries dropping from minutes to seconds, plus lower operational costs from server and storage consolidation; the datacenter now runs about 15 degrees cooler.
