A Tintri Case Study
Konecta, a Madrid-based BPO and contact center provider operating across ten countries, was struggling with excessive storage latency and slow replication in its VMware vSphere environment, which supported more than one million simultaneous calls per day. Working with Tintri through Azuba, Konecta needed a storage platform that could handle mission-critical voice and recording applications without crashes or performance bottlenecks.
Tintri implemented VMstore all-flash systems, giving Konecta VM-level visibility, faster replication, and simpler management. The results were significant: average disk latency fell from over 30ms to 0.2ms, batch processes ran about four times faster, datacenter footprint shrank from 5U to 2U, and data usage dropped from 27TB to 7.8TB. Tintri also helped Konecta improve disaster recovery to an RPO of under 1 hour and an RTO of less than 15 minutes.
