Solid Park, one of Sweden’s largest IT service providers, was struggling with poor performance on its legacy storage systems and lacked clear visibility into where application slowdowns were occurring. To improve service for its mixed customer workloads, Solid Park evaluated alternatives to its existing storage and chose Tintri VMstore T850 systems from Tintri.

Tintri implemented a VM-aware hybrid storage platform that improved performance, simplified troubleshooting, and reduced administration effort. Solid Park reported a 40% reduction in storage administration time, the ability to pinpoint issues across the host, network, and storage layers, and faster problem resolution—one VM issue that had taken nine months to diagnose was fixed in under an hour. Solid Park also found Tintri economical enough to use for all storage and began reselling Tintri systems to its customers.
