Cross Country Healthcare Migrates All Workloads to Tintri Storage

Cross Country Healthcare, a national healthcare staffing and workforce solutions provider, was dealing with storage instability, outages, and scaling challenges as it consolidated five business lines and prepared for growth. Its mixed legacy environment of NetApp, EMC VNX, and XtremIO arrays struggled to keep up with VMware workloads, while high performance options were costly and hard to manage.

Tintri implemented two Tintri VMstore T850 systems to support all database and application workloads. The result was faster deployment in under 30 minutes, simplified management through vSphere, and all-flash performance at less than half the cost of XtremIO. Cross Country Healthcare also consolidated more than 400 systems onto Tintri, gained real-time replication for high availability and disaster recovery, and created a platform ready for future VDI expansion.
