Duke University launched a global fundraising push, “Duke Forward On The Road,” to reconnect alumni, parents, and friends and support a multi‑billion dollar capital campaign. The Marketing and Communications team needed a way to drive live engagement at events so attendees would relive their Duke experiences and be motivated to contribute.
Duke used TINT to display moderated social feeds on projection screens and jumbotrons, encouraging live posting with incentives like signed sports memorabilia and enabling real‑time moderation via TINT’s mobile app. The approach expanded event reach, boosted attendee engagement and sentiment, and helped support the campaign’s successful fundraising (campaign totals reported at $3.85 billion).
