How the White House Inspired and Celebrated Innovation With the Help of Tint

TINT partnered with the White House to bring user-generated content to South by South Lawn (SXSL), a first-of-its-kind festival hosted by President Obama to inspire and celebrate innovation. The challenge was to amplify the event’s interactive talks and exhibits, give attendees a voice in real time, and create a unifying on-site experience that spread the conversation beyond the South Lawn.

TINT solved this by deploying a large interactive social media wall and digital screens that aggregated hashtagged posts (#SXSL) across platforms, letting guests share photos and reactions from panels and immersive exhibits. The result was heightened attendee engagement, lively real-time discussion projected on the jumbotron, and a stronger sense of community that extended the event’s reach and impact online.
