How Insead Identified and Increased Engagement on Social Media

INSEAD, a leading graduate business school with campuses in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, wanted to boost brand awareness, engagement and conversion among students, faculty and alumni and to create a more connected “social campus.” The challenge was identifying and increasing meaningful social engagement across events and three locations while showcasing authentic community stories.

Using TINT, INSEAD displays curated social feeds and walls at reunions, forums, graduations and speaker series and runs the ongoing #INSEADMoments hashtag campaign. The result is multiple community posts per day over a year, higher engagement, an authentic real‑time snapshot and archive of INSEAD conversations, and flexible display formats for screens, slideshows and the website.
