How Georgia State University Boosted Audience Engagement with UGC

Georgia State University, a public research university in downtown Atlanta with roughly 32,000 students, faced a fragmented social presence and the challenge of building campus community across a dispersed urban student body. With social channels run separately by communications, marketing, and service teams, GSU needed a way to unite departments, improve digital customer service, and boost engagement for marquee events like Back to School Week and Homecoming.
