Blue Apron, a meal-kit company focused on community and quality food distribution, needed a better way to connect employees to the positive experiences customers were having. The marketing and community teams wanted to motivate staff by showing real customer moments daily, but lacked an efficient method to capture, curate, and distribute large volumes of user-generated content across the company.
Blue Apron leveraged the TINT platform to pull customer-created content into office feeds and daily “feel-good” emails, while using TINT’s HUE machine-learning curation to speed searches. The result: efficient image acquisition at scale (aggregating 615,006 posts and curating 2,551 approvals), faster marketing turnaround, higher employee engagement, and easier reuse of timely customer content for acquisition, HR, and comms.
