Banking just got a whole lot easier with BNP Paribas Fortis

BNP Paribas Fortis needed to solve fragmented customer finances in its Easy Banking App, where many users held accounts at other banks. Working with Tink, BNP Paribas Fortis used Tink’s account-aggregation/financial-data services to bring external current and savings account information into a single interface and enable a complete financial overview for customers.

Tink’s integration aggregates accounts from providers such as Belfius, ING and KBC so app users can see balances and real-time transactions without switching interfaces. As a result, one in four Easy Banking App users—who hold accounts with other banks—can now view those accounts in real time, supporting better personalization, increased mobile engagement and improved user retention, with more banks and PFM tools planned.
