Whirlpool Corporation, the world’s leading major appliance manufacturer, was building an online sales program for a targeted audience and needed to grow revenues, improve conversion, and strengthen one-to-one customer communication with a small marketing team. Tinext supported the initiative using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping Whirlpool manage digital engagement with minimal technical complexity.
Tinext implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud features including newsletters, MobileConnect for SMS sign-ups, predictive intelligence, and CloudPages for localized landing pages across Europe. The pilot delivered strong results, including a 114% increase in newsletter subscriptions, 33 average open rate, 13 average CTR, 76 monthly VIP website visitors, 5 overall abandoned cart value recovered, and a 24 increase in conversion rate, leading Whirlpool to expand the program to six new countries.
